Rhonda Clifton

Rhonda Clifton founded Hope Harbor Housing with a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to sleep on the streets. With deep roots in Central Florida and a passion for community service, she built Hope Harbor to provide safe, affordable shared living for those who need it most.

Her hands-on approach and commitment to dignity, safety, and second chances have made Hope Harbor a trusted resource for veterans, seniors, and individuals in recovery throughout the region.
